The association Paris Blues Exchange will not take any responsibility for wounds due to dancing. The association Paris Blues Exchange will not take responsibility for any losses or damages which could occur during your participation at the Paris Blues Exchange from 10th to 12 June 2016.


Participation:

The association Paris Blues Exchange and the volunteers want to work in a safe and courteous environment. The association reserves the right to deny admission to any person who would display verbal, physical or threatening behavior. All dancers at the Paris Blues Exchange have the right to enjoy the event in an enjoyable environment where appropriate etiquette and behavior are expected. The association reserves the right to ask any person with an inappropriate behavior to leave the event, without having to refund the person. The association Paris Blues Exchange also reserves the right not to sell ticket in single for the evening parties.


Modification:

The association Paris Blues Exchange reserves the right to change the program, locations, schedule and the prices without prior notice. We suggest to regularly check on the website in order to be aware of potential updates.


Photos and videos:

All participants at the Paris Blues Exchange agree that they can be photographed and filmed, and that these photographs and videos can be used to promote the Paris Blues Exchange. All recordings remain the property of the association Paris Blues Exchange and can be used by the association at any time and on any media. Personal films of the event are authorized.


Housing:

The association Paris Blues Exchange will do its best to link up participants in need of housing, and volunteers ready to host people. However, the association assumes no obligation to find free housing for the participants.


Timely payment:

If we don't receive your payment within two weeks (which means you did not make your payment after our 2 reminders), we will consider that you have changed you mind. In order to avoid penalizing people on the waiting list, we will cancel your registration.
If your registration is cancelled for non-payment, you can of course re-register.


Refunding:

If you have purchased a full pass for the Paris Blues Exchange, and can no longer attend the event, you can transfer your pass to somebody else on condition that this person will be a leader if you registered as such, or a follower otherwise. To transfer you pass, the association Paris Blues Exchange must receive a request by email before the 31st of May 2016. This request must provide the following information:
- Your name and email address
- The name and email address of the person you transfer your pass to.
If you are not able to transfer your pass, you can ask for a refund before the 30th of April 2016. The association Paris Blues Exchange will keep a 20% administrative fee.


Volunteering:

To be sure that the help that could be provide by volunteers cannot be consider as work by some French administration offices, the Association and the volunteer agree on the following points:
- The goal of the Association is to organize events about Blues dance. The complete articles of the association will be given to the volunteer on request.
- The volunteer is not subject to any legal subordination, do not receive orders from the Association, and cannot be punished or penalized by the Association.
- The Association commits to respect schedules and missions which have been agreed with the volunteer.
- The volunteer commits to respect the ethics of the Association, its operating way, the terms and conditions of its events, and the schedule which has been agreed with the Association.
- If a disagreement occurs between the Association and the volunteer, and if after discussion the disagreement persists, the collaboration between the Association and the volunteer is cancelled.
- The volunteer and the Association can cancel at any time their collaboration; to the greatest possible extent, they commit to respect a reasonable notice period.
